BRETT AMES, Principal
In February 1998, Brett Ames started McCullough-Ames Development, Inc., after eight successful years in senior level management for two other local San Diego General Contracting firms. In addition to complete oversight of corporate operations, Brett handles the management of our sister marketing company McCullough-Ames Realty, Inc. which handles 50 percent of our sales in house. Brett continues to direct the company into the development of premier high-end estate lots where he and his partner, Monty McCullough, have excellent exposure and understanding of customer needs. Continuing to integrate the design, construction and financing of McCullough-Ames’ estates, Brett equally expands our land base of premier custom estate lots on which to build.
