MONTY MCCULLOUGH, Principal
Monty McCullough brings over fifteen years of hands on architecture, design and construction supervision experience to McCullough-Ames Development, Inc. Mr. McCullough has designed over 150 custom estate homes in the Poway area. With this base of experience, Monty allows McCullough-Ames to achieve a strategic advantage by designing, permitting, budgeting and building custom estate homes. This linear integration of construction services under one roof allows McCullough-Ames to meet building schedules others see as impossible. He additionally directs quality control of all plans and oversees each and every plan as it is placed on our “STATE-OF-THE-ART CAD SYSTEM.” These qualities, when implemented with critical path job scheduling and cost tracking methods, allow McCullough-Ames to design with the ability to meet established budgets and schedules.
Mr. McCullough oversees field design coordination and is heavily involved in field design implementation. Monty also coordinates the critical development review plan submittal process. His excellent relationship with officials and inspectors is the key to success in pushing plans through and meeting inspection deadlines.
