In February 1999, McCullough-Ames Development, Inc. established McCullough-Ames Realty, Inc. to sell its homes. By doing so, this allowed us to quickly identify our buyers, qualify them through the financing process and bring them home with our special relationship with Chicago Title and Escrow. Our partnership with our on-site lender representatives gives potential buyers the opportunity to take the important and necessary steps to get pre-qualified and learn instantly about available loan options. 

Having an in-house sales and marketing team allows us the ability to create a seamless home-buying process for our buyers--from opening escrow, to processing a loan all the way to closing escrow. By controlling all aspects of marketing, we control all aspects of sales. Our in-house team designs and prints all marketing materials. The ability to instantly update brochures, pricing, photos and listings from our office at the push of a button, enables us to monitor sales activity and keep our finger on the pulse of sales in the community. Since the establishment of McCullough-Ames Realty, Inc., we continue to achieve record-high sales and dominate the ‘new homes sold’ market.
